Returns within 14 days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the products, without giving a reason. However, the item must be unused and in its original packaging for us to be able to refund you the full amount. If the item has been installed and/or being used, we will only be able to refund you a percentage of the products value.

Returning a faulty Product

If your product is faulty and does not work as specified or even at all, you have 30 days to return the product back to us so contact us and our staff will endeavour to assist you with replacing your faulty product or assist you with receiving a full refund. To Verify a Fault we reserve the right to schedule an Engineer first.

Returning an unwanted Product

We are happy to return a product that you have changed your mind about, with a refund being made before 14 days after delivery.

Damaged Products

Our aim is to ensure you receive outstanding service along with an outstanding product, in some cases, you may notice damage to the appliance that has been delivered, if this is the case you must notify us within 48 hours of your delivery, and we’ll be able to offer a damage allowance or alternatively an exchange, failure to notify us in writing will result in no exchange or damage allowance offer.
